Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Bizwit AI CRM, you agree to these Terms. If you're using Bizwit on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Bizwit is a cloud-based CRM platform offering lead management, WhatsApp automation, sales pipeline tracking, analytics, and related automation tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice. We won't be liable for changes that affect your use of the service.

You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at sanket@bizwitai.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Don't share credentials, create accounts for others without authorisation, or use another person's account.

You may only use Bizwit for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Send spam or violate WhatsApp's / Meta's Business Messaging policies
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or reverse-engineer the platform
• Use Bizwit to harass or harm any person
• Resell or sublicense the service without written permission

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Bizwit uses Meta's official WhatsApp Business API. You also agree to Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy. You must only message users who have opted in. Respect opt-outs immediately. Use only Meta-approved message templates for outbound messages. Bizwit is not liable for account bans by Meta due to your policy violations.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. By providing payment details you authorise Bizwit to charge your chosen payment method.

Free trial: 14 days, no credit card required.

Renewals: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds: 7-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable.

Price changes: 30 days' notice via email.

You own all data you input into Bizwit. You grant Bizwit a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service. We will not access your business data except to provide the service, fix technical issues, or as required by law. We will not use it to train AI models. Your data is available for export at any time and is deleted within 30 days of account termination.

The Bizwit platform, software, design, and content (excluding your data) belong to Bizwit AI. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your internal business purposes during your subscription. You may not sublicence, modify, or create derivative works.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizwit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice for Terms violations, fraud, or legal requirements. Upon termination, access ends and our data retention policy applies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
