Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your name, email, phone number, company name, and password. When you use the CRM, we store the leads, contacts, and deals you enter — that data belongs entirely to you. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used) and device information (IP address, browser type) for security and analytics.

We process payments through Razorpay and do not store raw card numbers.

We use your information to provide and improve the CRM platform, process transactions, send security alerts and product updates, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your business data (your leads, contacts, deals) to train AI models. We do not sell your data to advertisers. Ever.

We share data with trusted infrastructure vendors — cloud hosting (AWS), payment processing (Razorpay), and analytics tools — under strict data processing agreements. When you use the WhatsApp integration, messages route through Meta's official Business API; Meta's privacy policy applies to those messages.

We may disclose information if required by law or court order. In the event of an acquisition, you will be notified in advance.

All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. We conduct regular third-party security audits, enforce role-based access controls internally, and offer two-factor authentication on all accounts. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, but we apply commercial best practices throughout.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days so you can export it. After 30 days, all personal and business data is permanently deleted. Billing records are kept for 7 years as required by Indian tax law. Anonymised, aggregated analytics are kept indefinitely.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time — either from within the platform or by emailing sanket@bizwitai.com. We respond within 30 days. You can also object to specific processing activities or request that we restrict how we use your data.

Bizwit is a business tool for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If we become aware of such data, we delete it immediately.

We'll notify you by email and with a platform notice at least 30 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
